Double Wammy

So I wasn't feeling well last week and Mommy wanted to make sure I was ok. So she took me in for a check up at the doctor. Even though I was pretty cheery, something wasn't quite right. Turns out, I have an ear infection. Well, two actually, in both of my ears.

Miss Doctor gave me some medicine, which is really icky and tastes nothing at all like my yummy bottles, and it makes me feel a little woozy. I did ok for the first couple of days, but on Friday my food threw itself right out of my little body.

Mommy called the nurse and she said I should be ok, and I still have to keep taking my medicine. Rats.

Approaching Events

I have been such a good baby lately, always putting myself easily to sleep at bedtime, and always happily playing with my family and friends. I am so excited to visit with my teachers each day and I like to listen to some of my friends sing and talk in class. They are a bit older than me, so I am watching how they crawl and play.

I am anxiously anticipating some upcoming events, including a wedding on the 21st and our family vacation to the beach. I haven't seen a beach yet, so my brother and Mommy and Daddy are excited to show me what it is like. And Mommy is thrilled to get to dress me up in pretty clothes for the wedding ceremony. (It's because I'm even cuter in a frilly dress.)
